Enterprise zone Marišćina K-2
Enterprise zone Marišćina K2 is located by the northern border of the Municipality of Viškovo, bordering also with the Municipality of Klana. The size of the zone is 7.71 ha.
The purpose of the area
Areas of economic purpose are intended for the placement of buildings for economic activities, mainly of production and service character:
- production plants - production, processing and processing of food, textile, metal, concrete, wood and other products
- storage - sales area
- wholesales
- business incubator
- utility services
- service activities, etc.
In addition to its main purpose, within the dimensions of the main building, another activity can be organized - accompanying or in the function of the basic activity (administrative, catering, trade, storage and similar), as long as it doesn’t interfere with the process of the basic activity.
At the beginning of 2021 the Municipality of Viškovo has started with the realization of the project "Enterprise zone Marišćina K - 2 in the Municipality of Viškovo". The project includes the construction of the first and second phase: unclassified roads (road GMU 1) with associated infrastructure (plumbing, storm water drainage, public lighting, telecommunications network, gas corridor and low voltage installation).
In addition to the above, plateaus (2B, 3A, 3B in the picture) with a total area of approximately 17,500 m2 will be arranged.
At the end of the road a turnaround is planned with a smaller parking area where 6 parking spaces for cars, 1 parking space for people with reduced mobility and 2 parking spaces for the charging system of electric vehicles with photovoltaic system will be organized. The area of the project, which includes part of the GMU 1 road and the plateau, is approximately 26,199.00 m2.
The project "Enterprise zone Marišćina K-2 in the Municipality of Viškovo" will be implemented by the end of 2022, and from 2023 the built enterprise infrastructure will be available to investors for purchase. Other phases of development of the Enterprise zone Marišćina K-2 will be realized after the first and second phase.
